Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy says what you may not do with feega. It is part of the Terms of Service (§8) and applies to everything you or your agents create, upload, share, publish or advertise through the Service, including via the API, CLI and MCP server. How moderation works is explained in AI Transparency.
1. Always prohibited
Sexual, suggestive or nude content involving minors or people who appear to be minors, including fictional, drawn or virtual depictions.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): any intimate, nude or sexual image, video or audio of a real person created or shared without their consent, including AI-generated or manipulated content. Sexual deepfakes and any sexual, nude or suggestive content depicting a real or identifiable person, regardless of purpose. Deepfakes of real people made to deceive, defame, harass or impersonate.
Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, voyeurism or “revenge” content.
Graphic violence, gore, torture or realistic depictions of killing.
Sexual content involving animals.
Content promoting or instructing self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
Hate speech, harassment or dehumanisation of protected groups.
Terrorist or extremist propaganda; instructions for weapons or explosives.
Practices prohibited by Article 5 of the EU AI Act, and high-risk uses listed in Annex III.
Any other illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, spam, fraud, impersonation or misleading advertising.
Presenting synthetic people, voices or reviews as real customers, employees or testimonials.
Using a person’s likeness or voice without consent, or third-party trademarks and works without the right to do so.
Publishing a deepfake of real people, places or events, or AI text on matters of public interest without human review, without disclosing it is AI-generated.
Probing, bypassing or overloading moderation or rate limits, including by splitting or encoding prompts.
Reverse-engineering or scraping the Service; sharing API keys outside your organisation; reselling the Service without written consent.
Using imported data (websites, stores, public social profiles) unlawfully or for sources you are not entitled to use.
Breaching the terms of any platform you connect (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Meta ads and others) or of the model provider that produced an output.
2. Enforcement
Refusal. Prompts in a prohibited category are refused before they reach a model, and the decision is logged.
Removal. We may remove content or disable share links that breach this policy.
Restriction. We may restrict features, pause connected accounts or limit access.
Suspension or termination of the account or workspace.
Report to authorities. Content involving child sexual abuse is always reported.
Where reasonable we give notice and reasons first and let you respond. For serious breaches of §1 we may act immediately. You can contest a decision by writing to support@feega.app.
3. Reporting
To report content you believe is illegal or breaches this policy, write to support@feega.app with the link or location, why you think it breaches the policy, your name and email (not required for child sexual abuse material), and a statement of good faith. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay, and tell you and the affected user the decision and the reasons (Terms §12).
